RETURNS:

We do not accept returns or offer refunds of Lightwire Theater merchandise. We apologize for the inconvenience. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service representative Michelle at michelle@megartsmedia.com

 

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges are accepted. To request an exchange, please contact our Customer Service representative Michelle at michelle@megartsmedia.com.

 

SHIPPING:

We only ship to the United States. Orders placed Monday - Friday before 2PM CT (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 48 hours on the next business day. Delivery time estimate is dependent on method of shipping chosen at time of purchase. We currently offer USPS First-Class Mail® delivery. Shipping during holiday periods (due to a high volume of orders) may take up to 36 hours after placement when placed Monday - Friday before 2PM CT. 

*Lightwire Theater and Mendelson Entertainment Group, LLC. are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information reports delivered to address provided or any fees related to international shipping.  Please contact your local USPS for help on recovery of packages reported delivered via your tracking email.
